Forget SOTN, Ikaruga on XBLA

I'd file this one under the "rumor with some pretty good evidence" category. It seems that a version of Ikaruga has appeared on Partnernet, which is the testing version of X-Box Live arcade. This is considered early steps in the addition of a game to the XBLA network. Keep in mind that the game did not run on the 360 hardware just yet: all that's reported is a Treasure title screen and some detectable frothing demand.
