Treasure interviewed at 1up
(Not going to happen!)1UP has interviewed the bad boys of innovative shmup-designing: the one and only Treasure! I'm sure everyone is interested in their X-Box 360 shooter project, so here's the latest update.
1) It's very early in the project, so release date and US localization has not been determined yet.
2) It's NOT a sequel to RSG or IKA, nor is it even a "spiritual successor".
3) It will be a vertical shmup featuring 2-D playing fields in 3-D graphics made by the Ikaruga team. So at least their influence will be there.

4) I must now eventually buy an X-Box 360, and hope more shmups get ported over to it.

Wow, can't wait to get this one. (Sigh) I guess now like the Postman I will have to get myself a 360. I'm very glad to see that Treasure has not abandoned the Shmup :)
