PC shmup ported to PS2

Ocean Commander from BigFishGames will be reaching a whole new audience of shmuppers this May thanks to Phoenix Games. Phoenix is a European Budget game publisher, which means this game probably won't be ported to the US, and will also be dirt cheap.

As far as I can tell, this is the first PC shmup that has been ported over to the PS2. What's next, Kamui (how hard would that rock?). While I'm all for console ports that are properly handled, I hope this doesn't mean that PC shmups are going mainstream.........
