Welcome to the new year everyone! I figure now is a good time to mention everything that's going on with Shootthecore and offer some previews of what's coming soon......
The site update should hit any day now. I know I've been promising it for a while, but the holidays and a busy schedule at Moonpod have delayed plans a bit. You might have noticed that the PC database hasn't had any new entries, and this is becuase I've been tracking everything in the new system. So when the relaunch happens, you'll have tons of new games to look through. Right now the count is up to 924 !!!!!!
I will have writeups on the comiket 71 material soon too. Tons of shmups have been released, and the fans need to know what's worth your time and what to avoid. I have a good stash of games so far, with more coming, so watch this space for play by play Comiket commentary.
And finally, I have one huge surprise in store for shmup fans. It's something I have been trying to bring together for a while now, and it finally happened. Here are two hints: if you've been following STC since the beginning, it's something mentioned from a long time ago, and this surprise will be something you can purchase. ;)

I really enjoy comments, they motivate me to add more to the site. It's hard to know if you are reaching one person or one thousand some times ;)
I've played Titanion, it's in the pipeline waiting for the switch over in the new PC database. I feel bad that a lot is being missed out on, but come launch day it will all get caught up....
