Playstation releases: Raiden III and "best" remakes

The title says it all, for those who didn't import Raiden III for Playstation 2, you will now have the chance to play it on an American system. The game is set for a September release, and will be "budget priced", which I assume to be twenty bucks or under. I thought the game was lacking in content, and the bullet patterns either homed directly in on your ship 80% of the time, while the other 20% were spread patterns. But hey, a US release of a shmup is always a good thing, right?

Also, Shmups.net is reporting that R-Type Final will be re-released as a "Playstation the Best" title on July 6th, along with Mushihimesama as a "Taito Best" title on August 3rd (both Japanese I assume.)
